Refund Policy

Returns

We will always try our upmost to provide you the best possible service.  Unfortunately, Baby food and Formulas are hygienic/perishable products and they are non-returnable products. For the safety of each baby, we do not accept returns.

If you are trying a particular product for the first time, please consider making a small test order (one or two packs/units) the first time to see if it is suitable before buying in bulk, as we cannot accept returns.

Please take care you are ordering the correct product when completing the checkout process because we cannot accept returns if you order the wrong brand, formulation or stage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with photographs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   Please bear in mind that international shipping can result in dented tins or slightly squashed packages.  As long as the product can, or inner foil pouch (for cardboard packet products), is not split open, the product is safe to use.

Cancellation and Refund

We will do our best to cancel an order wherever possible.  An order that has been dispatched cannot be cancelled.  Please note that a dispatched order may not show tracking updates until midnight of the day the order is dispatched. 

For an approved cancellation, a refund will be processed to the original payment method and a 4% fee will be charged to cover the non-refundable transaction fees from the website payment provider, and in addition a restocking fee will be charged.  Please note it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and show the refund in your account.

Delays

Generally your order should reach you with 2-5 working days, but occasionally your package may be delayed for a few days due to a customs inspection queue.  If this happens we will try our best within our power to speed the process up for you.  We regretfully cannot cancel or refund your order if it has been dispatched and it is delayed by customs.
