Shipping Policy


All orders are FREE shipping to US, Canada and Europe and generally delivered direct to your door within an estimated 5-7 working days for US and Canada; and 2-7 working days for Europe.  Occasionally your package may be delayed for a few days due to a customs inspection queue.  If this happens we will try our best within our power to speed the process up for you.

Customers in other regions should contact us directly for shipping fees and shipping timescales.

We process orders Monday to Friday.  Weekend orders will be processed on Monday.  UK Bank Holiday orders will be processed on the next working day.

Customs Charges

We take care of duties and taxes for you — no surprises at checkout.
While some shipments to Canada and Europe may be subject to import fees, Cradle Fuel covers these charges to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


If any additional costs arise beyond standard import duties, we’ll always reach out before dispatching your order.

Package Tracking

You will be emailed a tracking link for your order so you can view delivery progress on the carrier's website. 

Package loss & mis-delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to be present at the delivery address to receive the delivery. 

If you cannot locate the package after the tracking shows delivered, please check with your family members, neighbours, or anywhere around the property where the package could be left.

The package is considered to be delivered once the carrier tracking shows status of "delivered" so a refund cannot be provided.

The customer is responsible for any loss due to providing an incorrect delivery address or an address where the package cannot be delivered.

If the carrier cannot access your property, they will take your package back to their local depot. You will need to contact your local depot to pick up or arrange re-delivery within the maximum days they can keep (usually 7 days). The package is considered to be delivered when the tracking shows “waiting/ready to be picked up”.  A refund cannot be provided for any loss due to failure to collect the package.

We will always try and help if a delivery issue occurs after dispatch from us, but it is the customer's responsibility to work with the carrier to ensure a successful delivery.

 

Please note, we cannot currently ship to PO Box addresses.
